If you love mosaics, antiques, and synagogues the Kibbutz Heftziba in Beit Alfa National Park, may have the perfect combination. There, lies the beautiful remains of a mosaic synagogue floor which dates back to sixth century CE. A Greek inscription reads “May the craftsmen who carried out this work, Marianos and his son Hanina, be held in remembrance” and when you see the magnificent folk-art they surly well.
