Slow Cooker Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

1 c. steel cut oats

4 c. unsweetened coconut milk

2 c. blueberries1 Tbsp. vanilla extract


1 tsp. lemon extract

4 Tbsp. agave nectar


Spray crock pot with cooking oil spray. Pour coconut milk into crock pot; stir in steel cut oats, blueberries, vanilla extract, lemon extract.

Put on low heat, cover and cook overnight. Stir in agave nectar and serve.
