These 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies are healthy and perfect for breakfast cookies or after-school snack.

These cookies are gluten-free, vegan, and easy to make.

2 large brown bananas or 3 small ones
5 tbsp all-natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups oatmeal
1.58 oz dark chocolate / chocolate flakes

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 356°F
