How to Cook Latkes for Hanukkah

Below is a video detailing one way to make latkes, a traditional potato pancake recipe often served during the Hanukkah season.

These latkes, or any other latke recipe, can be served with apple sauce, non-dairy sour cream, or anything else that may sound good to you. Some people even combine the apple sauce and non-dairy sour cream together. Some people might choose to add guacamole or tahini, with Israeli salad or carmelized onions, or sprinkle with fresh dill. The options really are only limited by your imagination.
