When you think of Gaza you are thinking about the current state of affairs, the hostages, the bombing, and the negotiations. There is another unseen effect of this violence, and it probably even started before the war with the constant anger that has persisted between Palestinians and Israelis. Stress!
You may think to yourself we all deal with some level of stress and you’re right, we do, and those effects may not show up until we are older. It comes as a silent enemy which we attribute to age. Here and now however we can see that Stress does and can cause diseases very quickly especially when coupled with lack of regenerative sleep, consistent fear, and anger. We are seeing this truth through the eyes of these children in this video.
Yahweh always provides and he has through this organization “Wolfson Hospital Holon, Isreal and The Save a Child’s Heart humanitarian project”. What is doubly wonderful about this clinic is that they help Israeli kids and Palestinian kids. They have been doing this for over 50 years. So, it’s not that both Israelis and Palestinians can’t get along it’s that some have chosen not to, and that has been going on for many centuries. This project treats 150 children a year from Gaza and the West Bank and around 75 of them are Palestinian.
There is no politics here, just doctors who are dedicated to those in need, that is what they see is the need not from where they came. “For there is no partiality with the Lord.” Romans 2:11 Watch the whole video because there are many lessons for us all to learn here no matter where we live.
