| Holy and sovereign is our God, |

| To show the way to eternity. |
| He is our eyes from deep within, |
| He’ll guide our footsteps every day. |
| He leaves commandments in his Word, |
| What does He ask? To please obey. |
| At times, we’ll wonder where He’s at, |
| As the world teaches us hate and fear. |
| His Words, our shield against this world, He will love away every tear. |
| Just listen closely for His voice |
| His teaching Word is our “key”. |
| Even in our anguish and failure, |
