Joshua 10 & 11: The Day the Sun Stood Still

The battle is long, you're running on empty, and the light is fading. You can almost taste defeat. That’s exactly where Joshua stood. The enemy was on the run, but with sunset coming, they'd get away and regroup. Everything hung in the balance.

Then, he remembered what God had told him just that morning: “Do not fear them, for I have delivered them into your hand.”

So Joshua prayed a prayer that probably shocked even him. He asked God for more time. And the sun stood still.
