1,500 Year-Old Industrial Site Discovered in Center Israel

In 2021 Archaeologist Yoav Arbel discovered an ancient wine press near the modern city of Ramat HaSharon.  More recent discoveries suggest a moderately sized thriving community existed there prior to and during the Middle Ages.

Our video highlights Arbel’s work and some of the evidence he has uncovered about the early settlement in Israel.
