When Your Parents Serve in the IDF

When Your Parents Serve in the IDF

One would think an article on the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) would be more solemn or historical in nature. Composed of the army, air force, and navy and created shortly after the birth of modern Israel in 1948, these are the brave military men and women who protect Israel from forces who would like to wipe the Jewish people off the face of the earth, and just otherwise want to diffuse hostilities and to maintain peace within the country and with neighboring countries. Yet, this video is a more lighthearted take on what Israel’s servicemen do - through the eyes of children whose parents are serving and sacrificing for the country they love:

May God bless these heroes protecting Israel, and bring all those in serving in the IDF safely home to their families, children, friends, and loved ones.
