Golden Frozen Foods

Golden Frozen Foods

For just about every Jewish holy day Golden frozen foods has a suitable dish.

Generations have grown up enjoying Old Fashioned Kitchen and Golden products. Since 1951, they have proudly made delicious food using quality ingredients without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors.

They began in Brooklyn, NY, where Old Fashioned Kitchen blintzes, a Shavout favorite, were sold fresh to local bakeries and restaurants.

They switched to frozen foods because of the limitations of selling fresh and because the quality wasn’t impaired but sustained.

Originally the only sold their products exclusively for restaurants and the hospitality industry across the country.

They expanded into retail sales through the Golden brand and added potato latkes, a Chanukah classic dish, and potato pierogis to their line up.

After nearly 20 years of growth, they needed more space and relocated an hour outside of NY, to Lakewood, N.J., where they have been since 1970.

Serving both the food service industry and consumers like you has allowed them to learn about the products you like and how you want to enjoy them (from quick and easy snacks to modern takes on traditional meals). They are always listening to their customers and testing new products and recipes to fit your lifestyle.

As a family-owned and operated business, they are honored that many of their employees have been with them for decades. As a result, multi-generations of family members have grown with them. The care and dedication of their staff make them feel more like part of the family, and they are honored to share a place at your family table.

Golden products are certified Ⓤ Kosher, and are honored to share a place at your table throughout the year and during the Jewish holidays.
