- Cut the pita bread in half.
- Cover with hummus.
- Put on your toppings:
- Daya white cheese
- Green and black Greek olives
- Chopped basil and spinach
- Fire roasted red peppers
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Spray baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Quarter pitas and serve
