Abby's Pita Pitza

  1. Cut the pita bread in half.
  2. Cover with hummus.
  3. Put on your toppings:
  4. Daya white cheese
  5. Green and black Greek olives
  6. Chopped basil and spinach
  7. Fire roasted red peppers
  8. Extra virgin olive oil
  9. Spray baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  11. Quarter pitas and serve
