Chopped Salad

Summer is approaching. Lots of fresh produce to make delicious salads will be available.

What you need:
2 medium cucumbers
2 large red tomatoes
1 large red onion
2 medium green peppers
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

What you do:
1) Wash and then chop vegetables into tiny little cubes. Add to a large bowl and stir in oil and lemon juice. Season to taste. Chill for about 2 hours before serving and enjoy!
